These terms govern the use of QR Manager ("the app"), published by AMProd (sole proprietorship, France, see the legal notice). By installing or using the app, you accept them.
1. The service
The app lets you create and manage QR codes from the Webflow Designer. QR codes are items of a CMS collection of your Webflow site, and redirects are made by a page of your site. The app offers a free plan and a paid subscription, Premium.
2. For professionals only
QR Manager is meant for professionals (companies, freelancers, agencies, non-profits) using it for their business. By subscribing, you declare that you act in a professional capacity. Consumer protection rules reserved for consumers, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.
3. Account and access
- You must have the right to manage the Webflow site you connect to the app.
- Access goes through Webflow's official authorization screen; you can revoke it at any time (documentation).
- You are responsible for how members of your Webflow workspace use the app.
- Your QR Manager account (signed in with Webflow or an email link) gives access to the customer area: actions taken there change your sites' CMS just like the extension. Keep your mailbox and your Webflow account secure.
4. Free plan, Premium and Premium Team
- The free plan lets you create a limited number of new QR codes per account over 24 hours, across all sites (currently 3). Editing existing codes is not limited.
- Premium is a subscription per QR Manager account, valid on every site linked to the account, monthly (currently 10 €) or yearly (currently 79 €), that removes this limit and gives access to advanced statistics.
- Premium Team is a subscription per QR Manager account, monthly (currently 39 €) or yearly (currently 349 €), that includes Premium and lets you add members, in any number, to the sites linked to the account, as admin or editor. Members use these sites under the holder's subscription; the holder remains responsible for their access. If the subscription ends or moves to Premium, members lose access to these sites.
- Prices are shown (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Moving from one plan to another is immediate and prorated on the next invoice.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time from the app (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund of the current period.
- Any price change is announced at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days; without payment, the site goes back to the free plan.
- AMProd may give access codes granting Premium with no subscription. They are personal and may be turned off in case of abuse or resale.
5. Fair use
"Unlimited" means normal use for a website's business. To protect the service, technical limits apply to everyone (requests and creations per minute, file sizes). Automated, massive or abusive use (resale, getting around the limits, intrusion attempts, deliberate overload) may lead to the suspension of the site concerned, with no refund.
6. Acceptable use and content
- You alone are responsible for the destinations of your QR codes and the content of your site. Redirecting to unlawful, deceptive or harmful content (phishing, malware, counterfeits…) is forbidden.
- You must have the right to use the logos and images you upload, and you hold AMProd harmless from any claim about them.
- You keep ownership of your content. The app only processes it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on Webflow (your site, its CMS and hosting), Cloudflare and Stripe. Their availability, changes and terms do not depend on AMProd. If Webflow changes or removes a feature the app depends on, some features may be adapted or stopped.
8. Scan statistics (processing on your behalf)
- When counting is on, your site's redirect page sends QR Manager the site and the QR code that were scanned.AMProd derives totals per day, country and device type, without recording the IP address, without cookies and without storing anything on visitors' devices.
- For this processing, you are the controller and AMProd acts as your processor (article 28 GDPR): only to show you these statistics, with the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, appropriate security measures and a retention of 13 months at most. Statistics are deleted when the site is disconnected.
- You are responsible for informing your site's visitors, for example in your privacy policy. You can turn counting off at any time (Settings → Count scans).
9. Availability and warranties
- AMProd uses reasonable means to keep the app available and reliable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Printed QR codes work as long as your Webflow site is published and their page exists, even if the app is unavailable.
- Whether a QR code scans also depends on the medium, size, contrast and printing. Always test a copy before a print run.
- Your QR codes live in your Webflow CMS: backing them up is part of managing your site.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMProd is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or data, reprinting, reputational harm) or for damages caused by a third-party service, improper use or a destination you chose.AMProd's total liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amounts you paid for the app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
- You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, disconnect the site and uninstall the app.
- AMProd may suspend or close a site's access for breach of these terms, non-payment or a legal obligation, and may change or discontinue the app with at least 30 days' notice to Premium subscribers, with a prorated refund of the unused paid period if the app is discontinued.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
13. Changes
These terms may change. Important changes are announced on the website; the date at the top shows the current version.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties first look for an amicable solution (write to contact@amprod.pro). Failing that, the courts of Nantes have jurisdiction.
